PROGRAMME:
FIRST DAY: TRUJILLO - CITY TOUR
-
Arrival at the city of Trujillo, reception and transfer to the
selected hotel. Continental breakfast.
-
We start our journey very early. We visit the following places;
the Perimetral Wall (Baluarte Herrera), Plazuela
El Recreo, Archaeological Museum, Iturregui Palace, the Emancipation
House, la Merced Church, Mariscal de Orbegoso House, Calonge
Urquiaga House, the Cathedral, Mayorazgo de Facala House, the
Main Square.
- An
overnight stay at the selected hotel.
SECOND
DAY :
-
Continental breakfast. In the morning we pay a visit to the
archaeological complex of CHAN CHAN. We visit
the Rainbow Museum or Dragon Tomb, the Tschudi Palace, one
of the most famous and best preserved compounds, its walls
are decorated with high relief friezes. We go along its streets,
channels, reservoirs, squares and pyramidal temples.
We finish our visit in Huanchaco beach, a traditional fishing
port, famous for the ancient "Caballitos de totora" (reef
boats) antique Mochica transportation, and for having the
best waves for surfing.

Free
afternoon. We suggest to visit the artscraft and footwear
fair.
